Company History
National Interstate Insurance Company (NIIC) was established in Cleveland, Ohio in February 1989. NIIC and its affiliates are licensed in all states and the District of Columbia, and currently focus on passenger transportation, truck, recreation vehicle and Hawaii general commercial insurance. NIIC is an independently operated subsidiary of Great American Insurance Company and Underwriting Manager for Great American's public transportation and recreation vehicle insurance programs.
