Harco National Insurance Company is owned by IAT Reinsurance Company, Ltd. and specializes in providing transportation-related insurance products to truck, auto and equipment dealers, truck lease and rental companies and to owner operators and trucking fleets. The company offers these products through two different business units: Dealer Package and General Agent Trucking. The Dealer Package operations provide commercial property and liability coverage to franchised truck and auto dealerships and select truck lease and rental operations. This product is marketed through a direct marketing sales force of regional sales representatives. The General Agent Trucking program provides truck liability, physical damage and cargo coverages to owner operators and trucking fleets through a general agent who has represented Harco for over 20 years.
